AI Processing Disclosure
During idea scoring, your idea is decrypted in server memory and sent to Anthropic's Claude API over TLS for analysis. The plaintext exists in memory only for the duration of the API call (typically 10-30 seconds), then is discarded. Anthropic does not store or train on API data per their API terms. At rest, your idea is always encrypted with your organisation's AWS KMS key.
Commentary
SaaSValidatr launched on 14 April 2026. This is our first transparency report. We've had zero security incidents, zero data breaches, and zero requests from law enforcement or government agencies.
Six users have requested account deletion — all were processed immediately with confirmation emails. We retain zero backups of deleted data.
Our security code is open source for public audit. We're scheduling an independent penetration test for Q3 2026 and maintain an active bug bounty programme. We believe transparency is the strongest form of trust.
