Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SaaSValidatr (“the Service”), operated by Agentic Consciousness ABN 13 679 488 272 (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SaaSValidatr is an AI-powered idea validation platform that allows users to submit ideas, receive AI-generated scoring and analysis, and collaborate with team members through anonymous voting and discussion tools.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans (Team and Pro) are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all ideas, descriptions, and content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display it within the Service, and to send it to third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic) for analysis. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for purposes outside the Service without your consent.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate scores, analysis, and recommendations. AI output is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional business, legal, or financial advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on the Service's output.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or organisations; (c) submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights; (d) reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its APIs; (e) circumvent usage limits or billing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Each organisation's data is isolated through row-level security. We do not sell your data to third parties.
9. Service Availability
We aim to provide high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
